Innovative Nutritional Taste

  • The monthly menu is designed by our Product Development Team in accordance with the healthy food pyramid and the standard of "Nutritional Guidelines on Lunch of Students" that issued by the Department of Health, and must be reviewed by the registered dietitian to ensure both health and taste
  • In terms of food ingredient selection and portion size, we take "3 Low 1 High" as standard, which is low salt, low sugar, low fat and high fiber, and select those with high protein, high iron, high calcium and rich in vitamins

  • Since 2017, we have participated the "Salt Reduction Scheme for School Lunches" that organized by the Department of Health. We have specially redesigned the salt reduced lunch selections for students, which can maintain the taste and nutrition and cultivate their healthy eating habits
